Our Products

At Empire Masonry Heaters, our goal is to produce high quality wood fired products in kit form. These kits allow either a do-it-yourselfer or a contractor with years of experience to produce top-of-the line wood fired hearth and patio projects at a fraction of the expense and time required for typical brick-by-brick installations.

Even though our products are easy to assemble, we do not sacrifice quality or technology in their design. Our products use the top-of-the line materials, sourced right here in the United States, and our manufacturing also takes place right here in the United States. The technology that goes into our masonry heaters has been tested at accredited 3rd party laboratories for emissions, and two of our designs were among the top three tested. From this basis, we are constantly creating new designs and products, which we will continue to test for emissions and efficiency.

When you recieve a product from us, along with the shipment will be all the materials you need for your project. You won't have to run out to source firebrick, mortars, hardware, or insulation, it all arrives on the pallets with complete instructions on site preparation and installation.

While we specialize in kits, our parts are modular and can be put together many ways. This allows us to create custom masonry heater and wood fired ovens which can fit any home or decor. Masonry Heater Core Kits As the heart of the masonry heater, the core is critical for efficiently burning wood to allow you to extract the most heat possible from each fire in a safe manner. We offer heater cores to fit any home or insulated space from 800 square feet on up to 3000 square feet. All of our cores are produced of materials sourced, cast, and conditioned right here in the United States, and many of our designs have been tested for efficiency and emissions at third party accredited laboratories.	Masonry Heater Veneer Kits Once you've chosen a masonry heater core, it's time to choose a material to wrap it in. Our masonry heater veneer kits are designed and built to the same standards and ease of assembly requirements as our heater cores, so you can rest assured you get the best product for your money. Also like our cores, our veneers kits come complete with all the materials you'll need to assemble the veneer and instructions, right on the pallet. Our veneers are do-it-yourself friendly and a team of two can assemble one in a work day.
Wood Fired Oven Kits For the perfect wood fired pizza or loaf of bread, choose one of our oven kits to fit your lifestyle and guest list. Kits come with all the materials you'll need to assemble either an outdoor or indoor oven core, or choose one of our mobile options and start a wood firing catering business!
